Inspire Her: Dr. Mariana Brings Skin School to Stamford Bridge

Inspire Her: Dr. Mariana Brings Skin School to Stamford Bridge

Some days remind you why you started a company.

This was one of them.

Dr. Mariana visited 400 girls, ages 9 to 14, at Inspire Her in London. The event took place at Chelsea Football Club's stadium. It was sponsored by Nike and the Chelsea Foundation. Girls filled the room with energy. They came ready to play, to learn, and to ask questions.

Dr. Mariana was there to talk about something just as important as sport. Skin.

Why Skin School

Young girls hear a lot of noise about their skin. Some of it is confusing. Some of it is simply wrong. Dr. Mariana wanted to cut through that noise.

So we created a mini zine just for this event. Which started the Dr. Mariana's Skin School. Inside, Dr. Mariana busted common myths about skincare. She shared simple tips girls can actually use. She explained how to care for skin and overall health, in language made for this age group.

More Than Skincare

Sport builds strength and confidence. Understanding your own body does too.

That is why this partnership felt right from the start. Chelsea Foundation and Nike are helping girls feel strong on the pitch. We wanted to help them feel confident in their own skin. Dr. Mariana sat with these girls. She answered their questions. She listened. That is what Skin School is really about not just connection, information.

What Comes Next

Days like this remind us why Bare la Terre exists.

We want every girl to grow up with real answers about her skin and her health. We want her to feel informed, not overwhelmed. Inspire Her was one step in that direction. There will be more zines, workshops and more rooms full of girls asking smart questions and getting real answers.

We cannot wait to keep going.
