Returns & Refunds
We want you and your family to be happy with your Bare la Terre products. We’re a small company run by mothers and daughters, and we really care about making sure you have a lovely experience with us.
If you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will refund the cost of the item along with our standard outbound delivery charge.
If there’s a problem with your product
If you’ve opened a product and found that something isn’t quite right with the contents, please don’t worry. Get in touch with us at contact@barelaterre.com and, where possible, include a few photographs showing the issue. This will help us understand what’s happened and advise you on the best next step.
All of our products are formulated for sensitive, young skin but everyone's skin is different. If you have experienced a reaction to one of our products, please stop using it and contact us. We’ll always do our best to understand what’s happened and find a suitable solution.
Returning your order
Before sending anything back, please email contact@barelaterre.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- The reason you’d like to return the product
Our customer service team aims to get back to you within 2–3 working days with the next steps.
When returning your items, we recommend using the original mailer box or suitable protective packaging so that everything arrives back to us safely. We also recommend using a tracked or secure delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Once we receive your return, we’ll check the items and arrange a refund where appropriate.
We know that returns aren’t always straightforward, so if you’re unsure about anything, just get in touch. We’re a small but mighty team and we’re always happy to help.
