2. Who can order
Orders can only be placed by adults. Our products are made for children aged 8 to 13, but the shop — ordering, accounts, payment — is for parents and carers, as our Privacy Policy explains.
3. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted — and the contract is made — when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong), we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Payment is taken securely by our payment processor when you place your order; we never see your full card details.
5. Delivery
Dispatch times, destinations and costs are set out on the Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Returns and refunds
Our returns policy is set out on the Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer — including your rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
7. Using our products
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Always follow the directions on the pack. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor if you are concerned about a skin condition.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and not for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
9. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there. If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
